Storm is right. Age of your account has no meaning. You have no rep, you gain rep by going first. We were all new like you, and I had to go first, just how it is .
 
I can risk 1 or even 3b but the first person wanted to buy 30b with me paying first - I'm not going to risk 30b for a person who doesn't even want to tell me his nick on this forum.

Also, in regard to his "getting rid of competitors" accusation, I have never sold isk... ever.
This account has almost a year - I wouldn't call it brand new. If you are such a good seller with so much feedback why the first thing you say is that my deal is sketchy? If someone don't want to pay for bulks with discount but need ISK, they can always buy even 1b - it doesn't cost so much. I've been making these money for quite some time on my accounts and I already sold one account on this forum. Don't forget you've been starting the same way like me - without any reputation, but I guess it's good to get rid of potential competitors before they receive any reputation.

Probably wasn't a scam offer. Generally a pretty good rule of thumb I like to follow in my trades is: Whoever has less rep, trades first, and you will find that a lot of EpicNPC members use that same philosophy. In this case, you have zero feedback and a brand new EpicNPC account. If you really think someone would PAY to use a middleman, it is kind of rediculous for a few reasons; the first reason being that you aren't the only isk seller, quite a few people sell isk on this website and have feedback and a reputation amongst the community and they wouldn't had to pay for a middleman. Secondly, there are few middlemen for Eve, since this forum group is relatively small. Finally, they are expensive! Most of the deals I have seen with middlemen, they take X% of the money being transferred and tack it on top of the bill, sort of like a tax. When you are talking hundreds of dollars for isk, nobody wants to deal with the extra $50 to pay a middleman. I am a pretty active seller and buyer on these forums and have been for quite a while, so think twice before questioning my judgement.
 
And I just recevied my first scam offer - someone was trying to convince me to send isk first after he received my paypal data and a minute later I see a post saying my offer is sketchy. I understand people might have problems with trusting a person without feedback, that's why you can always pick a middleman - I even offered a discount so he could pay for it and yet he didn't accept it.

I feel like this is kind of sketchy, I haven't talked to the seller but he has 0 feedback and is "selling" large quantities of isk for a lot of money. Be careful everyone :)
