I'm having a hard time finding information on what the best way is to sell an EVE account / character. My use of this service will only be incidental so I am not very familiar with buying and selling accounts.
My questions:
1. What is the best way for a seller to receive the money transfer (I'm in the Netherlands, Europe)? I've seen PayPal gifts, PayPal verified and Western Union mentioned. PayPal gifts seems to be frowned upon but very safe for sellers. PayPal verified seems to be the most accepted by both buyers and sellers but I would be afraid to get money in my account and get the money retracted again (how do those things work anyway?) and afraid to get my PayPal account flagged by some *******. What about Western Union and any other options?
2. I would prefer to do a character transfer instead of selling an account since it would save me one extra money charge. I don't want to sell my original account so I would have to create a new account, pay for it, transfer the character to it and pay for that as well. Is there a reason I see only account sales and no character sales?
