I've been burned twice today trying to purchase an EUW account and just want someone legit to purchase one from. I don't have a whole lot to spend considering the amount of money I've lost and (hopefully) paypal will return to me, so if anyone has an account with a decent amount of champs at a fair price, please let me know and PM me with what you have and I'll add you on skype to discuss the details.
