The account is level 60 and half, in a couple hours of leeching/grinding you can hit the 61 due to the exp scrolls i already mentioned, i mainly played for pvp so didn't bother too much leveling past 60 where you get no benefits but the capotia gear (which is useless for the pvp on the shai but can be nice for other characters if you want to reroll).
CP is almost at 255, there are more than a dozen of artisan workers already harvesting nodes.
Cooking is above master, processing reached the 2,5 cap proc rate and with the gear provided combined with the gathering mastery you can go above 900+ mastery when gathering specific items; there are also alot of dark rifts going on already so you can grind those too to get some money (how much you can get from those depends from your RNG, can vary from 5mil to 400 mil per rift).
