ESCROW Trade Gaurdian question

Hello, I'm still new to selling and decided to have an ESCROW transaction.

As a seller, the 3 day wait after payment seems too long. My English is also very limited, so I'm gonna explain this like a toddler.

But what if the buyer sets up a false report, saying the account they purchased from me had problems and wants a refund? Will I loose the account and get it back? Or does the seller who lied get to keep it?

I never thought if this before choosing the ESCROW method, so im afraid of that happening. Loosing my product (account) and the money due false report.

If an issue is reported, the payment will be placed on hold indefinitely. We will then join the TG chat and investigate what occurred. Once we are able to determine fault, the payment will either be refunded back to the buyer or released to the seller.

If either the buyer or seller lied, that person will be banned.

I haven't received my payment yet. The feedback have been submitted.

Why is it taking so long?

The payment will appear on your Trustap.com account once the transaction is completed. After the 72 hrs hold period, you will be able to withdraw the payment to your linked bank account.
