Describe the problem:
Sold me D4 account, claimed it back a week later, and is now selling it for more money.

I have documentation to get it banned if I do not recieve my money back or access to the account back.

Seller has blocked all communication from me and my efforts to fix this situation have seem to been in vain, I am currently on a road trip and will submit all information to blizzard once I have time in about a week.

I really would like this just to be over, I am fine with just getting the account back, because in reality, there is no point in me contacting blizzard to close the account, nobody wins. Account sharing is against the rules and I also have videos of the account breaking certain ToS rules. I see Error961 trying to make a bit more money, but I put almost 200 hours of personal gameplay in just that week…. I really would not have my efforts go to waste, but I will have to if it comes down to it.
