I'm Gospodin KUM, I've been trading accounts on eRepublik for over 3 years now with over 1000+ successful trades and based on that I decided to write some basic guidance and tips that might sell you buy/sell account much more easier.
Selling Accounts :
To start with , you want your potential buyers to know exactly what you're offering.
If you post a Sale Offer with ,, Selling 250k str acc '' and then leave no details once potential buyers clicked on your offer , you'll end up with a lot of confused people messaging you , asking about what's on the account , how much is it ecc...
Basic Sell Template I find best goes like this :
Level :
Strenght :
Gold :
CC :
Inventory (if there's any Q7 tanks , food.. ecc in it) :
Energy Bars :
Military Rank :
Air Rank :
Loyalty Points & Loyalty Status :
Companies :
Any Active Packs :
Price( not a must ) :
You want to share as much information as you can so the buyers know exactly what they are buying and if they are interested or not.
You want to highlight every single value on your account and keep the price realistic. Better the price , faster you'll sell your account.
I often get contacted with offers like this :
,, Hey, I have 240k str Titan 2 rank acc , I'm looking to get 500 euros for it ''
- Okay , how did you come to that number since I'm counting around 30e value on your acc?
,, Well , I invested 10 years into this acc '' - And this is the most common answer I get and that's an instant turn off for me as a buyer. I hear this, I'm out... If you can't justify the value of your account, then you know you're asking too much for it...
Buying Accounts :
Buying Accounts comes down to 2 main things.
1. Specifications
2. Budget
1. Specifications :
You want to let everyone know what exactly are you looking to buy.
Are you looking for Ground account? If so , what's the STR range you are ready to consider?
Are you looking for acc to have industry on it? Are you looking for acc with a lot of Gold / EBs? Ecc..
If you're looking for Air Account , let the people know what's the minimum Air Rank, don't post like ,, Buying Air Account''
What you consider to be Air Account , someone else might not and you might receive offers with CMS rank ecc.. Because that someone is looking to sell an account and he sees your post without specifications.
2. Budget :
Be very specific about your budget. Always mention what's your max budget and the price you're willing to pay , otherwise you'll keep receiving non-productive offers which will result with both yours and the sellers time wasted.
If you have a small budget , have realistic expectations, as they say : ,, What you give is what you get ''
