You didn't complete the form. After the paypal payment don't close the window. It will either redirect your to the final step or you can click the link back to the site. I will refund you the fee and you'll have to resubmit.

Alright, I'm redoing it again.

here's my issue. I sent the payment, and now I clicked the return. I click NEXT, and brings me back to the PayPal Verification once more.

hmm, when you're making the Paypal payment, are you opening a new tab or using the original tab? the return brings you to the phone verification step so you shouldn't be seeing the Paypal payment page twice. I'll refund you again and you'll need to try again. sorry.

I click go back to MMOBay LLC, not a new tab.

Then it prompts me to click next, and it sends me AGAIN to the PayPal.
