I can't be bothered to read all the bug threads so just ignore it if already reported/invalid:

- I'm already a long time "EpicNPC Verified" member (with document scan) and I still see Phone Verification Required. Dismiss the message and it comes back.

1. There is no phone registered to your account. For really old members, we made an exception if they already had upgrades. However we are no longer making that exception so you will have to verify a phone number.

I would like to point out that currently banned user status is not very informative. In the old version we had a big badge next to their names saying BANNED and also their names would change to brown when banned.
On this new design it makes it hard to understand if the user is banned or not.
Also one of the users reported to me that whenever he clicks on someone's profile that is banned he gets "we ran into issue' message. - but when I clicked on the same profile it works for me.

Once weird thing is I've tried to check his profile from an incognito tab and it told me to log in first to the forum first. If I went to one of his threads and then opened them in the incognito tab it would open it without any problem.
I don't think we had something similar on the old version. Let's say someone from another forum wants to google skype user to see if it matches anyone - he wouldn't be able to see that this person is banned on the forum, if he wasn't registered on the forum, right?

I'm getting the "Oops! We ran into some problems" page when clicking on that profile link. It looks like only super mods have the permission to see banned user profiles.
It was reported multiple times already.
Yes, banned member's profiles will be viewable to all shortly, this week, this is a known issue.
We plan to revamp the ban system sometime in January so it's easier for mods issuing the bans and for members to view the banned members and reasons.

We're still testing this. It's been disabled for the time being.
Hex color for what? text post colors?
On the tool bar on the right side you'll see a disk icon. That saves your draft automatically, but you can also manually save. Basically it just saves the last post you make incase something happens and you need to restore it. Currently there is no save draft system like the old site where you can save a draft and post it at a later time.

Not sure if the right place to report this but it looks like the Bold Username upgrade does not have any effect on verified users as it appears like their username is bold by default after being verified.
I purchased the bold username enhancement and nothing happened. I tried removing & adding it again through inventory to see if there is any difference but I couldn't notice anything different.

The blocks are meant to allow members to navigate to other sections faster. Before you had to use the search box or the navigation links at the top.
Swapping these blocks will be less visually appealing due to the space it creates for some forums like the WOW forum in your image. You can see the last row only has 1 block, so that would create dead space in between the two sections. Visually it would look worse in my opinion.
I think the real problem is WoW has the most amount of subforums, so these blocks really take up a lot of space as you said. Perhaps it's time to separate WoW and WoW Private Servers to give them their own section. WoW Classic is also launching soon, so that's going to crowd things up even more. Or maybe we merge a few of the forums together.
I'll have to take a look and analyze these forums to find out if breaking them into 3 sections is better or combing some forums is the way to go.
We're still really busy with the new site, features and bugs, so this might take some time before I can get to it, but it'll be addressed within the next few weeks.

U should remove or merge wow talks and wow items blocks , also u should make one with wow accounts and let people choose from there which section they want.and that leaves space for wow classic block ,and do same there with it.
I noticed 2 days ago that the chat was back, and then removed. What happened?
I remember you said that you will not be using the same chat system again, but for some reason it was brought back (by mistake?) and then removed the next day.

It was just some testing, then it was disabled again. I don't recall saying anything about the chat would be new. The plan was to bring back the old chat, however we've decided not to do that and instead concentrate on PM improvements should should be rolling out in the next 2-3 weeks.
Do you think you can make currnet PM system work like instant messenger? Because that's the only thing that makes chat better than PM, the ability to see the replies quick and not refreshing pages to see new ones would be awesome, however the first day chat was launched I got spammed by someone. Need to fight those messages as well

2. Activity Sidebar - this will be a hideable overlay sidebar that will list a members active threads and inbox messages. It can be accessed easily from any page so members can quickly see new activity.
