We've made a lot of progress in the 3 weeks since we relaunched and have the vast majority of issues fixed. While we still have a lot to do, the site should be nearly fully functional now.

I want to update you guys on some of the bigger issues as well as create a thread for bug reporting. Please post any bugs you find or any features you want to return from the old site. No new feature requests at this time. We'll start on that in early 2019.

UPDATES

Images - This should now be resolved. We are hosting 100% of all images now, this includes all old images hosted on 3rd party sites. The system uploads it to our CDN (uploads-7965.kxcdn.com). This means images will never break and we can keep HTTPS on all pages. This process will take some time to complete, we expect 2-3 weeks to process all images. During this time you'll still see broken images.

Auto-bumps - still disabled, but expected to be fixed and re-enabled this week.

Push notifications - disabled, expected to be restored next week.

Feedback system overhaul - The feedback system is being reworked to be more user friendly, more intuitive and to fix a few bugs with it. Expected 3-6 days.

"Mark as sold", deleting/closing threads - We are revamping how users will be able to manage their threads. Expected in 2-3 weeks.

Note: There are many other issues we're working on, this list includes only major issues that affect many members.

People like me has eyes that hurt with the current colors ( yes even the selectable one's )

Bug Report :

#Sometimes there is Deal Trade URL which doesn't work everytime I had to try 3-4 times for my today's trade. ( It was saying : Please specify a valid deal URL ) even though well the Deal URL was right.
 
- The "show signature" button below the reply box or in thread settings. Currently the sig shows in every post (including PMs) and there's no way to disable it.
- Ability to disable email notifications for TG conversation replies. On the old forum, only regular conversations sent an email.
- Reverse email search. On the old forum, the search box also searched through members' email addresses. If you type in someone's email in search (or even just the left part of the email, before the @ symbol), it would show members as search results. This feature was only available for verified members. It's missing on the new forum.
- Reverse IP search. MMs and pro sellers had an option to type in an IP and it would show if there's a member using it.
- There's no search option in conversations. On the old forum you could search by words as well as by username.

" meaning the import feedback from other websites wll be added again too am I correct? If not, that one of the old website feature that I would like to see
 
There's 5 color schemes available to choose from, we might update some of these or add a new one, but no 2nd theme will be added as it takes too much effort to maintain 2 separate themes.

If there's something specific about the theme you don't like, let me know and we'll consider making changes. However if you don't like it overall, then there's not much we can do about that.

When that happen, please let me know the username of the other person and the thread URL you're using and we can investigate. Thread URLs should be working without issue.

- Signatures will only appear once per page, the same as the old site, this is on the list, but low priority for now. 2-3 weeks.
- TG emails notification will be updated 3-5 days.
- Email search added to the list
- Reverse IP search is on the list, but low priory right now. 1-2 months
- Conversation search added to the list. If an addon for this already exists, it will be added this week. If not, we'll create one, but that will be 2-3 weeks from now.

This is on the list, but it's a large project so there's no ETA at this time. I would say it's 2-4 months away from being worked on, sorry.

But in conversations it appears in every single post. It's especially annoying in TG trades, where it creates a lot of clutter.

A feature we had on the old site I would like to have back would be linking ones contact methods such as Skype, Discord, Whatapp etc. and having them appear as small icons below the profile. That way we dont have to type it down manually under every post. Just to make things more obvious and convenient.

I'm not sure what we're doing with this yet. On one hand this creates a problem with scammers off-site impersonating our members. On the other hand it's the preferred way to communicate for most members.

If we decide to add it back, it will be a few months down the road. First we will make an attempt to improve communication on-site to the point where it's so fast and easy that there's no need to go offsite. If we can't accomplish that, we'll bring back the chat icons.

I would just like to be able to create folders in "watched list" and place threads i'm watching in to separate folders. We had this function on old website in "Subscription" section.

need to be able search old case of banned user

cannot open the user profile or the case why he got banned

on old platform it easily to search user discord or email to see if they are banned or not, now really hard to search user banned on new platform
 
- If someone is perma banned, I can't view their profile. It's as if they get deleted.
- Perma banned users aren't moved to the banned user group. They still appear as normal members and don't get the banned badge.

Also, search is broken atm, giving a server error.

Are thread views not being updated considered a bug ?
 
Views do not update instantly. It's updated every few minutes.

It was an error last week, but fixed, so views should be increasing. I've posted a few new threads in this forum this week and you can see they are getting views.

I see that it's possible to edit messages inside PMs for a short time after they are posted.

Could you disable this for TG conversations, for security reasons? I don't want people posting something, then editing and claiming that they've never said that. Already had a few cases, nothing serious, but still.
 
All edits are saved as history so we can see if they changed something. At this time there is no option to disable this for TG conversations, but we can add that in the future. If there's a dispute like this, please report it.

I do not use site as much since update but forum navigation while in different sections is still lacking compared to old site.

For instance if I am in World of Warcraft US Accounts I used to be able to scroll up and be able to jump to any other section I want in the World of Warcraft section. Now I have to go up a level to World of Warcraft Accounts, load that page then click on the other section, then repeat when I want to jump to another. The old style was nice if i wanted to jump to wow gold I could in one click and then in one more click jump to power leveling or private servers.

Is this a feature it is possible to return or no? Like it is not site breaking but a minor annoyance. Its a feature I liked on epicnpc that other sites should have copied.

Also something I am confused by, but maybe due to lack of use.

these are obviously ******* and he has a ban reason next to him. but it still shows in general buy sell trade and the color of his profile is not brown or anything else but his profile does not work for me so I assume hes banned. I reported once for ******* and second for still appearing not banned and still in general.
 
Forum navigation will be improved in the near future. It's on the list but not high priority, so we need to get a few other things completed first. Should be added sometime next month.

For the member, the ban was not issued the correct way. It's been corrected.
 
There's no temp ban usergroup. They just appear normally, with a ban reason.
 
Are you talking about when giving warnings?

We do have a temp-ban usergroup, but it was not added when a user was temp banned due to warnings. This has now been fixed.

I have yet to see someone temp banned inside the temp banned usergroup. :D
I guess they were all banned due to warnings.
 
I found another issue with bans which is why the colors are not changing. We'll have this fixed in 2-3 weeks. Members are still banned, it's just the colors so it's not being added to the high-priority list.
 
I'm unable to view a member's profile if they are perma banned.

Also can't see feedback given by a user.
 
I've noticed a search option in conversations, but it's giving me a no permission error.

It's broken in general, for every member.

Take yourself for example. This is what I get when I open your profile:

It's exactly the same list, except that all usernames are changed to yours, which makes no sense. It does not tell me anything about the feedbacks that you've given out.

Excuse me, I cannot login with my facebook account. Why is that happening?
It says :

Anyone that registered using a social media account (FB, twitter or Google) has to reset their password. The password will be sent to the email address of your social media account.

It appears we need to make some updates here. I've disabled the social media login options for now. Check back after the new years and it should be enabled again.
