The price for EpicMember upgrade has been changed today and we are now offering 3 options. The old price was $10 for a year. The new prices are below.
  • $10, 1 month upgrade + 200 credits
  • $20, 3 month upgrade + 500 credits
  • $35, 12 month upgrade + 1200 credits
For those that verify their accounts, there is a 50% one-time discount offer for the 3 month plan.

The reason for this change was to bring our prices more inline with our competitors as our prices were much lower in comparison.

To offset the new cost, we have a list of updates we plan to add in the near future.

  • More canned replies - Current limit is 8 total. We will change this to allow 8 categories, then 10 replies for each category. This will allow seller to significantly increase the amount of canned replies they have so they can reply to buyers questions faster. We are also considering automated replies for chat so a message can be immediately sent to a potential buyer.

  • LinkTree profile page update - This will be a new tab (at the top) on your main profile page. Users will be able to switch between your main profile and a link page. Members will be able to add contact information and list profiles for other sites where they have feedback or do business.

  • Most seller stats - Further down the line we plan to add more stats to help sellers optimize their sales strategies. This will include better thread stats, profile stats and sales states.

Sir I just bought an Epic Upgrade a few weeks ago, it hasn't been a month yet, does my previous purchase remain for 1 year or does it become a month ?

I'm assuming lifetime purchases also remain?

Currently, the $35/yr upgrade showing +1200 credits and not +1500 credits

Well i was thinking of taking it. I would have taken it already but i had to delay for payment method issue (can't use paypal). To me its a bit too expensive for my use now. So i dont know.

Wasnt it possible to have 2 kinds of epicmember upgrade? Like Epic member and Epic member +

The plans are the same, only the price changed.

$10 for 1 year is now $35 for 1 year. With the additional 1 and 3 month options being added.

We do not have any plans to revert the pricing. Sorry.

ugh. i guess we're back to "message me for current pricing". customers love that

am i the only one who thinks this is a bit too much? i have so many gripes, but i guess ill just take my leave. i just wanted to edit a post, but i can see thats not a thing anymore. even with posts i havent touched in months

Why would anyone need to contact someone for 'current prices' ? The price is posted on the purchase page and doesn't change.
for my posts, silly. i cant leave any specific prices if i have to pay $10/month to change those prices. i cant edit anything, at all. nothing.

maybe its just me, but if i have to contact a vendor to see any type of pricing, im not interested

You can still buy the unlimited edit time perk from the shop for $6 as a one time purchase.

Ah, sorry, I miss understood.

The 'unlimited edit' item was removed last year in Feb. The reason for this was due to extremely low purchase rates when we were reviewing shop items last year.

There's essentially 3 types of sellers that post here.
  • One time seller - sells 1-2 items per year
  • Casual seller - sells on/off throughout the year, maybe 5-20 items per year
  • Active seller - sells everyday or weekly, 25+ items per year
1. As a one-time seller, you don't need to upgrade or need unlimited edit time. Free members have 30 day limit to edit, so they should be able to sell the item before then.

3. Active sellers, they need unlimited edit time and should upgrade if they're selling that many items. $35 for a year is not a large amount of money if you're selling a lot, plus you get a lot of other perks along with it. An active seller will want the upgrade to enhance their account, stand out more, show trust, so you need to upgrade for more than just unlimited edit.

This leave casual sellers.

2. The 30 day limit might be enough to for most depending what you sell and how often. If you're more active, you'll probably need to edit beyond the 30 days once in a while. This is why we offer cheaper 1 and 3 month plans.

You seem to be an active seller, 19 feedbacks this year although my guess is you have a lot more than 19 sales. Most members don't exchange feedback. Normally someone with around 20 feedback might have 20-100 additional sales where feedback wasn't exchanged. At that rate, we would like the member to upgrade as they should be earning a fair amount at that sales volume.

$35 for the full year is comparable to what our competitors charge which is why it was changed 2 months ago. I'm sorry, but there are no plans to return the item to the shop.

I guess that's a good point. Some sites charge $35/day.

I do have a few more than 19 sales, but ive also gone months without a peep from epicnpc. Bleh ill think on it

edit - its been like 5 years since i joined. just to put that into perspective heh

Hi, could someone recommend the seller's price balance?
Like the first day of the game release, the price is good, but after a few hours, some of the sellers are pricing their accounts at 5$ or lower.
Just put an icon where to place the price in the seller's thread. If the buyers want to negotiate the price then let them contact the sellers.
