Hello there.

I'm thinking about upgrading my account to verified status, since I'm planing to make more or less serious transactions, but my drivers license is from Spain, so it's not in English. Will it be valid for the verification process?

In the other hand, if I'm verified and someone who's not want to buy me something, should he go first in the transaction process?

I think it doesnt matter if your drivers licence is not English as long as a valid type of drivers licence of your country and your name should match on your Paypal that you are trying to pay for verification of ugrading your account.


And for Dealing with someone The buyer should go first, But if he have better rep than you then you go first . But if you doubt it then better to use official middleman here http://www.epicnpc.com/forums/59-Middleman-Services for safety both of you.
