Epic disappeared

I bought epic about 1 day ago , payed 3 $ . And it disappeared... What should i do?

It seems your usergroup changed today to 'awaiting authentication', which is normally what happens when you change the email address on your account, however I don't see a new email.

What did you do today?

After you re-authenticated it put you back in the lowest usergroup. Its been fixed.

Hmm.. Thats what i did: 1. i activated authenticator 2. i noticed that my email isnt activated , then i opened my email and saw two emails: 1. Email has been changed 2. Verify your email. I verified and i had no epic then. Thanks for fixing
