The Farms and Farm House are all connected and all 7 are owned by the level 50 character.
Climate Tropical.
House has it's own nook not even close to other houses. Has it's own scenic waterfall and ambient sound.
Gold: Currently, over 1200 gold and 3 months of time left on account along with enough apex for 3 more months.
Characters: Level 50 Stone Arrow (Hasla Weapon, 60K Farming and full inventory) , and 2 level 15 alts, and 1 open char slot atm (I used for doing large scarecrow quests)
Flawless reputation with no affiliations. (Almost always Solo)
Edit** Character also has the mount: 'Black Arrow'
Just unable to invest the time necessary to enjoy the game currently, so selling to help with upcoming holidays.
I am willing to talk to buyer over the phone if they are located in the US.
