Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Mike1201 asked to purchase my account using paypal. I suggested we use a middleman, and he suggested the middleman server on Discord. It turned out Mike1201 was in control of the "middleman" and simply stole the account after having gained my trust.
Other details / notes: Both accounts (Mike1201 and SuperSteve232) immediately blocked me after the account was transferred to him.

I have a feeling he'll just make a new account with a new email unless you somehow ban his IP. I really don't like the idea of that creep lurking on this site scamming others.

IP bans aren't effective because it's easy to change your IP. However we have measures in place to detect already banned scammers by ip & vpns.
