What is the dispute about?
As every 6-10months, on 29th MAY i've contacted Ember asking for Smite Gems, he answered really fast and we made transition ( screenshot 1)
After 4 months i found my account banned (screenshot 2)
I asked to hirez support (the company who made the game) Why i got Banned, and they said that i asked a steam refound of 159.98€€ (that was the "normal price" for 16k gems, that i bought from Ember) (screenshot 3 and screenshot4)
and to have my account back they asked me to cover that price, paying back the 159€ that Ember got refounded.



SOLUTION i would like:
Ember Refound me directly of 159.98€ to get my account back (or get in touch with me and he can pay directly to Hirez), and I will remove the bad feedback and the scammer accuse.

EDIT:

Hirez support told me that they could get off of my account 8k gems and cut down the debt of half (so moved on 79.99€).
adding new screenshot with that info.

I just want my account back, idc about the gems :/ but being scammed like this making me feel dumb as no tomorrow.

Adding Extra Request in case:

If Ember would not "help totally" (so paying to unlock the account,) but wanna give me an hand, he could send me at least the recipe of the payments he did on steam, in this way, so i can try to find a deal with the Hirez Support, im just trying anyway to have get my account.

He didn't answer on discord too :/ i bought a couple of times from him with no issue, idk why he's acting like that. (and tbh imho, he acted in a stupid way, since he lost a client that bought a lot :/ )
