There are no refunds on accounts after delivery has been made or if any information has been viewed or altered (password, email, rp, ip, region, games played).
Fresh Accounts were botted to be leveled - 14 day warranty against mass bans from Riot.
Ranked Ready Level 30 accounts were not botted - 30 day warranty against mass bans from Riot.
Warranty coverage for mass bans do not include the buyer using scripts, toxic behavior, payment fraud, or other actions not performed during the time after the sale.
ELO Boosting:
- The person that is leveling your account is located in (countries):
Varies depending on Region.
- They are using a VPN/Proxy to Boost? (Varies)
Using a VPN is actually worse for multiple reasons.
- The customer can log into the account in between boosting sessions? (No)
To avoid suspension / ban for quick IP swapping from account sharing, you should not be logging in.
- If the account gets banned or rewards are removed during Boosting or right after (within 2 days), we will compensate you (No).
Any service purchased is against the respective TOS of the game the service is for.
While we have not had a problem, and our 6,000+ feedback across multiple sites reflects that, we would be unable to compensate for completed service or account loss.
