Hello everyone,

Let me start by saying sorry, I know this sounds like an excuse but the scams that took place were not me but someone i thought was a friend that i gave access to my information and computer in order to handle a few things for me while i was away.

Obviously this was a mistake and i trusted the wrong person, However... Most of you should know i am not a scammer and a very fair person.

I fully understand i am repsonsible for anything that took place since my accounts were used in these scams. I am 100% willing to reimburse people whatever was lost.

I only ask that you provide proof of the scam, I would also ask that EPICNPC allow this account to stay active while i try to work with the victims of my stupid actions. You can place a do not trade title or whatever is needed.

I also understand that my original account is banned and i am not doing this just to be unbanned.

---- Image received showing PP dispute was closed. Email matches thanatos arg's registration email, so this appears to be resolved already.

I'll keep this account open for you so you can try to resolve these, however a warning has been added.

I've notified Zera, iSANTA, thanatos arg and Yazz of this dispute.

The 3rd link, he didn't fall for it since thankfully the account was banned before the sale,

I've emailed CCP for EvE Online, I told them i did not purchase any chars or ISK and would like the account closed and the chars transferred back to their original owners.

I will update when i receive a response from them.
 
I was pmed by this account to offer a skype id, i tend to refuse to talk on skype and i would rather use the chat that epicnps is using, for what ever chat he wants to have with me and i hope Epicnpc staff can monitor that. I am aware of this looking forward for a resolve.

I've emailed you with the information given to me by CCP.

I don't deal in EvE Online so i am unfamiliar with their support.

As for the 2nd scam, i don't see any ISK transferred to or from either of the EvE Online accounts my worker created. So i will need proof from the seller.

Please update once the dispute with Zera has been resolved.

No problem, i am in contact with him via e-mail. He told me CCP Support is slow so it may be awhile. Since every reply comes with a standard in may take 7 days for us to contact you reply...

Both are pending CCP investigation, I've told them to return any Chars and ISK to whoever it came from.

There is a 3rd char that was transferred to the account, but it looks like he got that from a different website since i can't find anything on EPICnpc about it.


I need isanta to provide me with the information of the ticket he submitted to CCP. I need to know if he reported the scam to CCP and if so what he said. If it was reported as him being scammed that will help alot, but if he reported it as a real money trade there is little i can do.

Well i can attempt to get your ISK back for you and if that fails we can talk about reimbursement. If you don't want to help thats fine. I am doing this because i want to, not because i have to.

I received a reply from CCP yesterday, It says the following,

Hello,

After looking into the recent character transfers to your account we have decided that we will not be able to take any action.
The transfer of TheJackalMiner and Pimo have proven to be a sale for real money and not ISK. This is a violation of the EULA and therefore will remain on the account, however both will be permanently locked and unavailable for play.

I understand you are claiming you are not the one that purchased these, this will not affect our decision since the person who transferred them to your account is responsible for properly following the terms set in our EULA agreement.

The ISK transferred to your account was also reported as sold for real money and has been removed.

If you have any questions please update this ticket by replying directly to this e-mail or updating your ticket in the support section of account management.

If CCP refuses to unban the accounts or add the ISK back, you must still commentate the victim to get unbanned.

In dispute #1 it has come to my attention that the scammer logged into the account and purposely destroyed an very expensive ship, so even if that account is recovered you are still responsible for reimbursing for that ship. I sent you proof that the ship was on that account and destroyed.

They are locked due to real world trading, nothing to do with the scam.

I won't reimburse them for a violation of the EULA.

If i have to stay banned then so be it, but they only reason they are banned is because they didn't safely trade the chars.

The only safe way to trade a char is, to list it for sale on eve forums and mark as sold prior to the trade.

I've researched the forums and found that the char was not listed for sale, it is also not allowed to be transferred with assets on the account which is a big red flag with CCP.

I understand the account was scammed, but the only reason he is not getting it back is because he didn't trade it according to the rules set by CCP.

Same goes for the ISK, he himself reported it as a real world trade, i understand he was mad about being scammed but reporting yourself as doing a real world trade is completely stupid.

So if i need to stay banned, so be it. I will not reimburse people that purposely reported real world trading or didn't follow the rules.

If that account had been bought legit it still would have been banned for a few reasons,
1. Not listing for sale on EvE Forums
2. Trading with over 150B+ in assets

I was willing to reimburse what the scammer took, however since the only reason the account is not being returned and given a rollback is because he didn't properly trade it. So now CCP has locked it for real world trading.

Same goes for the ISK, It would have been very easy to report it to CCP as a scam and get it returned, instead he reported it as a real world trade ensuring that CCP will never reverse the transfer.


I leave it up to you, I will only say that "IF" the char had been purchased legit it would still have been banned no matter who bought it due to the way it was traded, and as stated above the ISK seller is the one that made sure there is no possible way to reverse the ISK transfer.

I will always reimburse people for my stupidy (trusting the wrong person), but i will not reimburse them for their own ignorance of how to properly trade and report a scammer to the game support.

Listen dude, most of the trades are done in this forums is against EULA or Toss of many games, If you transfer a char from an account to another is like nothing happened ( you can change as many accounts as you want ) , you do not have to explain things to people that know more about this game then you do. Your account was flagged because people reported you for your scamms, and in responso to that they flaged you and all your actions would be RMT ( real money trade ) related actions. You can't go around that

Wrong, that account was created the day before your trade and only had 1 ISK transfer for 5b, and 2 char transfers, One of which seems to have to come from the scammers personal account.

Support said that it is locked due to real world trading, otherwise it would be a simple transfer reversal and rollback. I have no idea what you told support during the dispute since i can only see the messages sent to and from support from the scammer.

I know 99% of epicnpc transactions are not legal in these games, that does not mean you shouldn't do it in the safest manner possible...

You transferred a char with 150b+ in assets which right away is a big red flag, then reported the char as stolen which is what you should have done. However the only reason they didn't reverse the trade at that time is because you had no for sale thread on the EvE forums and transferred it to an account with a different name and in a different country with WAY to much in assets.

You don't have to be a genius to see that it's a real world trade since without an EvE online selling thread how else would someone know it's for sale...

Below is the final CCP response, so from my end i consider this as not my fault since you didn't properly trade the char in the way 95% of all other sellers do. If you had done it properly they would have returned it without me even getting involved.

I guess elitistsales had no intention of actually paying for anything. He's been rebanned.

I don't care that the official reason CCP says is RMT, it was banned because it was scammed using your Skype, you are 100% responsible and will not be unbanned without resolving both of these issues. Goodbye.
