They permanently suspending ALL accounts who apply for a seller verification.
First i thought it was something wrong with my docs, while all was okay, then i started to notice similar reviews and reports all over the internet.
After that i asked some of my friends to register and apply for selling too, everyone of them was permanently suspended in few minutes after verification was approved.
So there is two conclusions - they do not want any new sellers anymore OR they just stealing all your personal information, to sell this database later.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Yeah no idea, I got closed as well. I don't think their site is a scam, but their verification system needs serious work. Never had an account there before, tried having a friend make one and he got closed as well and he doesn't even do account buying/selling.

Funny seeing this. Happened to me about a week ago. I submitted & verified ID back in 2020. Never sold any accounts but had hundreds of purchase orders over the years. Recently went to get into selling. They asked me to reverify my information. After multiple attempts, all while directly interacting with support during the attempts, I was also banned. At least they were nice enough to leave access to the account and the chat log with support to show this. Obviously I reached out again but was rejected to have my account reactivated.

this is confirmed case for everyone who tried to register as a seller, no matter of country or quality of the documents
i suggest also everyone to post negative feedback at trustpilot to reflect this issue

I dont understand why though, i know they are legit site since I have bought from it, but unable to sell for some reason.

The manager contacted me directly on WhatsApp to invite me to join. Initially, I wasn’t interested because I prefer to have full control over my funds and don’t like using intermediary websites to process my product sales. However, after giving it more thought, I decided to give it a try, submitted my documents, and ended up getting suspended as well.

They’re essentially stealing our data, and it can’t be for anything good. Keep a close eye.

They are a less responsive to me on discord this year but I have had a very positive overall experience. I had a customer try to scam me when I first started and had less than 25 feedback. Some customer tried to say I didnt deliver after using a similar username account and thankfully livechat support at the time was competent enough to realize the customer was the scammer. Even when I was new I was treated pretty well even by livechat.

right now tried to verify at Bybit and received error "another account using same proof of identity (ID document)"

probaby my ID was leaked by Eldorado when i verified at their site and then was banned immediately

BE AWARE

Eldorado.gg now sending their admins to banned users (one of them found me in di$crd) and offering you to redo verification

obviously, if you try to upload docs you will be banned again and your KYC data will be sold and used at black market to buy drugs or money laundering from any other illegal activities

may be they lost their Id database from previous verifications, or they trying to find new up-to-date documents, because after a few years obviously some of them can expire and they can not sell them anymore.

so do not fall into that trap, as this admins also not giving you any guarantee that you will not be banned immediately after re-verification
and also they do not know the real reasons of the account's permanent suspension that happened in the past

all they can do its just unban you and cancel your verification status so you feed them with new KYC data

one of them literally did it in front of me

1. Unbanned me
2. I told them i see my account ID verified, only need seller verification (proof of address)
3. They checked that from their side and cancelled old ID verification (docs i uploaded in 2023)
