Over the past 9 months, we were providing wholesale leveling services for egamingsupply. Negotiations began in early December of 2009. Justice McCay disappeared and resurfaced at the end of January. Negotiations started again... in around March, he spent 2 hours getting exhausted from adding our leveling... but never added the better selling packages, he simply put up basic leveling, and didn't allow custom orders... he would allow only orders for 1-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, etc. Needless to say he didn't send us many orders. However! I later found out, he was accepting them. One recent job (the final nail) he sent us, he received in the beginning of the summer, and then gave it to us 15 days ago. He asked us to level FFXI 75-80. However because he failed to heed our warnings, we were unable to level it, till the customer added the last expansion. 5 days after the customer added it, he gave us the order to level, and then whined that 2 days later, that the order had taken 1 week to complete. The order was to level the default character, which we leveled. He then came back 4 more days, after it was complete to tell us we leveled the wrong character. While screenshots were provided, and the order did not supply a class nor character name (we asked for clarification, but never received a response, so leveled the default char), he continued to whine that we were at fault, and needed to relevel the correct job, for free.

Instead of handling this guy's future leveling orders and constant whining we refunded and let him know 2 days ago, that we quit and would no longer level for him.

I know this is more of a rant/rave, but I wanted users to know that this guy is still accepting orders... Cheap Power Leveling - eGaming Supply for a leveling service we no longer provide him. DO NOT order leveling from him, this guy is a scammer who will take your money, and has no leveling company.

If you are thinking about offering your wholesale leveling services to him - Don't! He will not pay his bills until he finally gets around to sending you a new order. We went 4.3 months, before being paid, even though we emailed him every few days. The only reason he did pay, was because he had a new order. If you ask for cash up front, he will attempt to bypass this, claiming he is legit. Do not believe it.

  • He will whine constantly. He will email you, with so much BullShizz, that you have to skip over most of what he writes.
  • Even though you will tell him how to give you orders, each time he has a new one, he will have forgotten how to give them to you. He will not remember where your rates are.
  • Even though you have packages posted somewhere, he will ask about the packages and what they are or how much they cost.
  • He will email you for updates, even if you have automated updates.
  • He will attempt to claim that the orders were not finished on time, because he sends them to you late.
  • He will offer to take you "under his wing", which means he wants you to give him your business for free... to "merge" with him, but not gain anything in return.
  • He will make up nicknames for you, because he forgets your real name.
  • He will accept orders and get paid for them, then blame your company when they aren't completed on time.
  • He will attempt to claim that an error on his part, is your fault. Make sure you check each and every order for clarification BEFORE you start working. This will mean he may not answer your for days, but better this then him asking for a refund because you messed up.
  • He will not take your word for it, even if you provide screenshots, that the order was finished. He will take the word of the customer that it wasn't completed and then say he isn't taking sides.
  • He will ask you to do all the work for him, verifying customers, updating them, checking payments... but will not allow you to pay yourself... get ready to wait 4 months for your payments too.

All I can say, is I highly recommend NOT working with him as a leveler. There are plenty of other people who trusted him, and have been screwed out of money he owes - and he calls THEM scammers.

I know it's MMOBay policy for the victim to submit screenshots as evidence they were scammed. Would it be fair to ask for some here?

Pretty sure you can believe someone who is TWV, has 100% positive rep, and has been on these forums for more than three years.

Really brtev? People like you really get on my nerves this person obviously put time into the post and would not have posted it without an extremely good reason.

No it is not fair to ask for screenshots, this isn't a scammer thread.

Calm down there Sean...

4shared - egamingsupply - shared folder - free file sharing and storage

I shared the folder, and showed the first order. The emails started through our order department, and then progressed through my personal email. Our emails are blacked out.

That after the customer added the expansion, and the order was submitted to us, that he claimed it was over a week to finish, but we had received it 2 days prior. Also that the complaint about the leveling, wasn't hatched, until 4 days after the order was done. We had asked him 2x to clarify the order, but he did not do that. So we leveled the "default char", it was after the leveling, that we received info, stating which character it was. Either way we were not at fault. We originally offered 10% off the retail rate, and then later bumped it to 40%, undercutting our own costs, but he still seemed to think we should take the loss.

The threads which he refers to, is the one on here, on rpg-exploiters, and on your site brtev. I don't think it's fair to remove the thread, when in fairness, it took him 4.3 months to pay us. And others should know this about him. I am going to quote an email he sent me back in March 2010 however.
There is no delay in payments for one.
Sorry, but I don't feel like providing the whole of the conversation at this time, but I did request a deposit up front which is why he stated that... which we now know to be a lie.

If you want more screenshots of previous dealings, I can provide that to you, brtev - privately. Or better yet, can forward them via email to you.
