What is the dispute about?
April 7th 2023 2:37 the conversation began. I added him from his listing and asked if hes selling an eft account. We go through the usual process of exchanging information on the account and price and we go back and forth just to get the due diligence out of the way. He asks if ill be using crypto to which I reply paypal and he says that he takes a 15% fee because of exchange. So I agree to $40.25 (including the 15% fee) and ask for his email. He instead asks for my email, and I give it to him thinking hes going to send me an invoice. He instead sends me some sketchy emails from some russian website asking for personal information and identification. I tell him im not going to put in any personal information and that im just looking to use paypal. He says ok and says he'll use his friends account to accept payment. Although it was weird, I accepted because he had some positive reviews on his account. I was filling in the information and was about to send him the $40.25 when he tells me the account has nothing in it. So I ask for a different account that has some stuff in it and he offers the one I linked in this post. He asks my budget and I say $65 with fees so $60 more or less. After a bit of miscommunication I end up sending him the $60 and send him a sc of the payment. He says hes waiting for his friends reply so I said ok. After a little while I go to sleep and 6 hours later I ask him for an update and he says nothing. I ask when he thinks they'll be back and he said maybe 3 hours. 3 hours go by and I ask for update and nothing. Then it turned to 4 then 9. 17 hours after purchase, I submit a feedback saying hes a scammer. The next day April 8th 2023 I tell him i will be reporting his account and I report it. Now we are here and still no reply.
