on a serious note, to avoid a chain ban to the new account, you dont want to try selling gold, spamming websites or using hacks, these they will try to link to other account sharing the same name or payment info, etc
go the personal route. Blizz does not tolerate racist remarks well, or those that involve threats or illegal activity (stuff outside of the game).
