E-mail account creation date

I was wondering whether there's any way of finding out when an e-mail account was created, or any other information on it for that matter, besides using Google, which I've already tried. I'd like to know because I'm selling a World of Warcraft account and when someone contacts me by e-mail I want to see whether they're using a recently created throwaway account. Obviously not all new e-mail accounts are for fraudulent activity but one never can be too careful...
