Dzeimsas - Negative feedback although no trade has been made

Hey.

Dzeimsa has given me negative feedback although no trade took place. I don't even know why he reputates me negatively for that, but we just haven't dealt because I don't deal with rude people.

In the following link you can see him stating that we haven't dealt, nevertheless some hours after posting it he just gave me negative feedback. Furthermore he's kind of blackmailing me in messages. I am really surprised about his attitude towards trading.

Please remove my negative reputation and do something to him, you cannot let someone like him simply walk around and give negative feedback. Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks for the fast response considering you also had to work with the new domain etc. I really appreciate it, EpicNPC. Although I find it a bit disappointing that there's simply no punishment.
