Update about 1 hours ago he have reply saiyng : huh?wtf are u talking about.
after this no longer has responded. seen that for another hour no longer has responded yet . proceed with the dispute

Account info not work. Password recovery does not work. you are the original owner and who else could have called? I do not change much if you let me see your bo email. can you already deleted email reminder. the problem is one account has been recalled you are the original owner now I've lost money. What do we do?

i did indeed sold it to someone else but he disputed the payment and i was forced to take it back and i will show you the payment right now on paypal.

what evidence do I have? Do you want what I have shown. Recall email account. and I can provide the forum moderator data to test login.
I have made many purchases before gw2 and I know how it works and when it is called.

I ask refund for account recalled.

but that payment dispute. you can not deny payment gift. paypal is not repays good virtual

Please reimburse the account that you sold me without saying that you were already "sold" to someone else.

I did not know you had already sold. if not, not bought and not accusing you of having recalled.

whatever you sold me account is not good. Account risky without telling me the risks.

Please ask for a refund.

I blamed because I did not know you had already sold to others. you have not told me this. then you have sold it to me qualocosa not good. You sold me an account that you knew it was risky because sold to others.
if I knew I would never have bought from you this account.

you have called or not is the same thing I've lost account. not because of me but because in the past you've given information to someone else already.

wrong i sold to one other but i barely had gave him any info on the account which would not allow him to recover the account without knowing the cd key on it and i did not sell to OTHERS how you claim i did just 1 like i stated above and you since you have so much rep you should know there are risks when buying accounts even though there where none in this one... when i sold you the account i completed every single question you asked and answered them 100% right now its you fault you did not ask me if i sold it before so

do you remember if you've had trouble making change request and I asked you if wax problems. no you said no problem and then you have changed email after several attempts.

you say that you have not given who knows. only you know.

of course I know the risks. when I sell accounts to people. if account is called. I do refund. did not tell people to fend for themselves. that's why I have 100% positive feedback. because I can do to make customers happy. I do not say arranged.

dude talking to you is like speaking to an idiot. the problem with the account was that to change the ****ing email you need to send them the email you want to change it to which i had asked you to give it to me and you said no we need to wait and then you give me the link to change it. after that you had problems saying the link they sent you don't work which is kind of rare because it always does and i dont know what you did after you payed me. all on you

Your email proof is useless. You could have erased the emails or changed it to a different email. Now enough bickering you two.

You are liable for an account you sell for any ammount of time umless its agreed prior that you will only cover the account for certain amount of days.

Vohaz has shown enough proof. You are the original owner. You sold the account to someone else and he may have recovered it or you have. 0 other people can possibly recover it. Now saying he sold it doesn't work as its nearly impossible to change the email on gw2 account none the less twice

Now you have 24 hours to refund or take a permenant ban.

Look this is such a small amount of money, if you'd rather the ban, then take it.

If he decides to refund contact a mod or admin so we can re open this.

Even if douglas2009 did not recall the account he is still responsible for especially since he sold it previously and took it back. When he sold it he had to provide enough information to change the email. So i am going to have to say either Douglas recalled it or the person he supposedly sold to did. He may have recovered it then like it was now and then refunded. We do not know for sure.
