Double Fee MM

hello... just yesterday i had some mishap in trade guardian transaction
in short my buyer agree to pay the MM fee but the mm payment status still not paid
because i cant wait too much i decide to pay the MM fee and the mm payment finally instantly fulfilled
then after half an hour or so the buyer payment come through

is there any way to refund either me(seller) or buyer mm fee?
