double bump by mistake

But this is just unfair, you can see the bumps were in the exact same minute and obviously it had no effect after the second bump since it was already on top. I wanted to bump the thread just one time, not twice. There should be a confirmation button (e.g. "are you sure you want to bump the thread?") to prevent things like this from happening. I thought I missed the button and clicked again and unfortunately it was recorded twice.

It's great that you refunded, but it's not a solution. I don't think people should be careful when they use their credits. You need to change the way it works so it won't happen again, I am pretty sure I am not the only one it happened to him. Unfortunately it happened to me again yesterday, but you already mentioned you won't refund again. I really think this thing should be addressed by your side.
I'm not sure how you can click the button twice. The shop items are in a separate section of the thread, so it's not near anything where you might misclicked it by accident. Even if you do, I'm not sure why you would click it twice in a row.
However we are planning to add a secondary confirmation button for store items in the future. This will be added the next time we make an update to the store, however we are working on a few other projects at this time, so the next store update will most likely be sometime in early 2018.
