Dota 2 6k account scammer! Scammed for 110$ and took my main account.

The dispute is about his scam: The story is quite long so let me make it brief. We decided to make deal of exchange his 6k dota 2 account with 100$ plus my main account of 3.3k with some valuable items in it. This transaction went really smooth and gave a positive feedback (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/894907-Dota2-6k-MMR-Solo) on EPIC forum and he closed it. Since we remained friends on Skype and Steam we chatted daily how our dota is going on. The other day he offered me to buy back his account for 80$ and I agreed (you can understand the reason why I agreed if you read the chat on skype that I shared link below). He asked me to go first and I gave him account and password of his account and simply removed me from his Skype contact list. So I lost my 110$ my main old 3.3k account and he took back his 6k account. So I am broke!

When I opened a dispute on Paypal, his response for my claim is as follows:
the brief content of his response is that he is accusing me of telling him to give my money back since I can not play at high level mmr. He completely made up a story. What a cool guy!

Already provided info's at paypal. It's not my mistake if u can't play at 6k MMR and decrease MMR at 5.6 or whatever. U bought account on 10 January, u pay 1st on paypal, i give u account and after 7 days u come here for re-call.

If i want to scam you, i can scam on 10 January, after u pay me not after 1 week, when u decrease MMR and lost much games. So next time, be carefull and if u want sell ur account to another guy, not back at me. U give wrong password 1st time and after i said u that, you give another password and i don't verify if that it's true, because when i saw that i remove u and go away.

But notice, when i'm login from new device, steam send guardian code and i need for log-in, and if u read logs from skype never ask for guardian code.

Good luck with ur account! U give wrong password and now come here for u can sell account to another guy and re-call for money.

Steam guard code isn't required if the buyer didn't go to the settings and didn't click "Deauthorize all other devices". That way if the account had it's credential saved in the ssfn files of the previous owner he will be able to log in without steam guard code even if the password was different.

Another way to prove that it was ffR that got the account back, you should go to your email that was linked to that 6k account and check the inbox messages for the "Recent changes to your steam account". There should be an IP recorded from which the changes were made. Sometimes steam glitches and this IP isn't shown, but you should give it a try.

Well lets go back to your argue. I have 2 assumptions why you did not scam me on January 10.

1-May be you have been scamming people for a long time and you have a good experience of such betraying. That is why you first tried to be seen very nice and honest guy for a week and waited for a moment when I say something about selling the account. So in this way you knew that you could win me in every aspect of it (You can take money, my main account and your account back). I quite became suspicious of you when you said me that, "I saw your account on Epic, are you selling it?". Because I have never put anything for sale on epic yet. So by this way you can start talk on selling the account back. Also, you wanted to remain friends in both Skype and Steam, even after our deal came to its end. Because as I said you are AN EXPERT OF SCAMMING so that you waited for the right moment to accomplish your mission. And you did it, congratulations!

2-May be on January 10, you tried to scam me right after my payment, but you were late to do so. You know why, since it was my first purchase on epic and I was very skeptic and acted so quick in changing the password and e-mail right after I received the details. So you COULD NOT SCAM me on that day. Then you wanted to remain as friends and you kept talking on different things as if you are a good guy and searched for ways of getting your account back, and finally when I said my issue you easily utilized the chance and took your account back.

The rest of your bullshit story about the Verification code, the Admin has already proved above, so no need to talk on it.

Elyor, you need to provide us with some sort of proof like I asked you in the previous post. Try to search for an email or something that can prove that the account was actually taken back and you didn't get paid for it.

Also the name Mihai Zdr looked familiar to I tried to look it up on google and I found some epicnpc matches. I'm not sure yet if they are the same person but just wanted to leave this here for the senior staff to review.

Seach on google providers of net in Romania and u will see: only 2 providers big: RDS & RCS and UPC.

Disconnection from chat after somoene gives you login info means you are 100% at fault.

You can't leave a chat in the middle of a trade or sale.
