I used this guy to buy some accounts but after sending money he didn't send me anything. Ignoring my messages and not responding at all. I can't remember what his username is but his email is [email protected] and his PayPal email is [email protected].

Hopefully you did not send the money as a gift. If so you will have to contact your bank if you used a credit card. Even if you did not send the payment as a gift and put anything gaming related they will deny your dispute and deny the refund "PayPal".

Your bank is you best option at this point. Tell them anything you have to. That was a free website builder and clearly was used as a scamming tool.

And for the record, he is banned here.

You can still file a chargeback via your bank if you paid via Paypal as a gift payment. As long as you did not pay via your Paypal balance, then you can still get the money back.

A chargeback via bank does not differentiate between Goods or Gift payments when they get the documentation back from Paypal showing the purchase information, at least with my bank.

So, just a heads up! Best of luck recovering your funds.

Why you pay anything to that site its weebly.com and not trusted. Belive me 99% cheap things are fake. or u will get ban if u buy some stuff which is too cheap to be true

weebly, webs, it takes minutes to setup a site with them and then take it down. Can't advise anyone doing a high dollar amount payment through these websites without some sort of protection or credibility to the site.
