Scammer
Dude is kinda weird trying to use paypal buyer protection to scam people but give them a way to get back their money. Either way he pretended so hard that he wasn't a scammer and turned out to be the prime example of one. He might delete this account but either way don't buy from him. I wish people like him would grow a conscience and realize that for some people the money we use to pay for this kind of stuff is hard earned money from blood and sweat. It was my bad for trusting another human being on here.
