Banned - banned on auction site

I have been scammed by a member on this site, a mod now says he has been banned before on other accounts. Why continue to let people register if they have been banned several times. Give us a warning on their new account.

I think that it depends. If its feasible, their IP gets banned.

okay. the guy has been banned before. By mod "Dirtyd has been banned again". It is annoying that someone keeps on getting banned, starts a new account, scams again, and get banned again and yet he is still able to keep on starting new accounts.

Its impossible to ban someone permanently. IP addresses are easy to switch so even if we did IP ban them, they would still be able to get back if they really wanted to.
