EpicNPC chat conversations can be used as proof during a dispute, or any relevant information, such as payments, game support tickets, offsite communication confirmed here, emails, texts, or anything that you think could help support your case, or is connected to the situation.

We look into all EpicNPC matters, it is not limited to only Trade Guardian (TG).
