Document for Verification

Hi!

I have a question about documents which i can use for Verification. I live in Poland and soo i don't have a passport since in Europe we can move between countries just with our personal ID's. Also i don't have car license. I don't know about military ID - i have little book called "Military book" with my name, surename and picture which i have got after physical tests for military. There are tables for military rank etc. etc.

Can i use that book or?

Yeah i have been curious if i can since there was info "No other ID's will be accepted".
