Hello , just want to know how does Feedback dispute or Dispute work
- I sell the boosting service in Destiny 2
- I put my statement below (Term of Service from me) that "buy at your own risk" and "Banned = Full Refund (if its already 1 week , no refund)"
- He already buy my service on 2020 after that never buy to me again, after that when Destiny 2 got new DLC (Witch Queen) he buy service from me again
- But he got banned as Bungie (Destiny 2 developer) Doing BAN WAVE and got his account got banned
- He mad at me and leave a negative feedback and ask for refund which its more than 1 week
- I refund the money anyway (This year only) but he still insist leave the negative feedback
do i must post this on Feedback dispute or Active Dispute?
For getting my negative feedback removed or neutral
