Do I need SQA to pay back chargeback?

I had time put on my account by Alina26ss and apparently it has been charged back, I do not know the SQA to my account as it was given to me by a friend who had forgotten it. Do I need the SQA to pay back the chargeback?

Unless they locked the account, you should be fine just sending the money order, make sure to specify which account it is for.
