What is the dispute about?

I sold this person an account through shoppy, account was auto delivered. He couldn't understand a very simple email-password-security answer format to log in to the account. Within 7 minutes of his first message to me, he opened 2 queries through shoppy, left negative feedback, insulted me twice, threatened to dispute, then disputed. After showing him how to login with the info provided through shoppy automatically when purchasing, he blocked me, kept the dispute open and took the account and changed all of the information on the account.

I spoke to him through the thread on the forums where he admitted he had the account and had it higher mmr and admitted it was too late for me to retrieve the account. And still kept the dispute open.

This evening he closed the dispute, left negative feedback on shoppy, left negative feedback on epicnpc, contacted blizzard to try and secure the account from me then requested a refund so he could get his money back and keep the account I sold to him.

This guy is very untrustworthy, and I see he is trying to sell accounts for $500+ and I believe he is a big risk to the community here.

He sold me an account that was previously compromised in Korea. I then asked for a refund, never got it. Was insulted multiple times and he then deleted DMS.

Just false. he contacted blizzard and told them he bought an account, ie: making the account compromised as it breaks their TOS. It was a dumb thing to do, and completely on him.

He bought an account, got all the correct info, took the account, was playing on it perfectly fine, even admitted as much, then he disputed on paypal and left negative feedback, while he was playing on the account. I told him I would be reclaiming the account if he was disputing and leaving false feedback, as is my right, of course I'm not going to let him keep the account, dispute to get his money back and leave a negative and false review.

He bought the account, got the account fully, then made bad, scam-like decisions to attempt to both keep the account and get his money back, even going so far as to practically reporting himself for buying an account in an attempt to get blizzard to not give me the account back while he was disputing the payment. All in all, pretty scummy. And I was more than in the right to tell him I'd reclaim the account if he was disputing and leaving negative feedback.k

I do not see what any of that is supposed to prove. Account buying/selling is against the ToS of 99.9% of all games and all buyers should know this. How did you come to the conclusion that the account is compromised?

The account was already compromised in Korea, and on top of that he put me into a bad spot saying he would reclaim the account if I did not take off the negative review. The review would stay there because he already insulted me. If he just a terrible person none of this would have happened.

That just doesn't make sense. I don't even understand that. The account was compromised in Korea? I'm not even in Korea? I don't get it bro. Your negative review wasn't about me insulting you, your negative review was "account info was wrong the **** you doing". It was false. A false review that would negatively impact my sales. There is no way I was going to sell you an account and let you keep the account, dispute your payment and leave a FALSE review. You got your account. Everything was working fine. You left a fake negative review and disputed your payment. You're a liar.

Yet you falsely accuse me of scamming, I would have deleted that first one. But you had the audacity to threaten me. I am keeping that review. And one my my clients came in to support me. Check where you buy your accounts

If you had simply asked me to remove that review I would have done it. Without threatening me to take the account back. If you didn’t have a false sense of superiority I would have removed that review.

Just completely untrue though. You falsely accuse me of scamming, you make a false negative feedback about the info being wrong, you make a false dispute on paypal - even though the whole time you had the account. I am accusing you of scamming for the following reasons:

You bought the account, you got the account info successfully and instantly
You disputed your payment despite the account being in your possession
You left a negative feedback that was false, despite the account being in your possession
You left negative commends and feedback on epicnpc, despite the account being in your possession

All the while, you received the account from me correctly, threatened me on discord as seen in the images. I understand, perhaps you are used to insulting and threatening people and being a shitty person without repercussions, however I am not that guy. If you insult me, I will happily trade words. You're a dickhead.

I bought the account, the information was unclear. I contact you on discord for clarification. You call me a ****tard. You have no “evidence” I am still getting my money back from you. And there is nothing you can do. Even if I somehow lose this even though you deleted dms, you than come onto my listing where I have sold 12 accounts. And I also am trying to sell a top 10 peak account. I have sold more things on this site than you have. You are a risk to the community here at EpicNPC. Not me

You're not getting your money back bro. You bought the account and took ownership of it, period. You got the account banned by reporting yourself for buying it. You're not getting a refund. Paypal won't be giving your money back. You're a scammer, it's clear as day. I'm sure the staff see it too.

You say no evidence but it's all in this thread bro, you bought an account, admit you have ownership of it, yet you disputed and left feedback saying account info was wrong. You're literally both admitting to scamming and denying it at the same time. I've never seen anything like it in my life.

Yeah his account was reclaimed. It happens sometimes when buying and selling accounts, albeit very rarely. I was busy just after christmas and couldn't help him. I have since helped him and he's happy, he just hasn't updated his feedback yet. I could prove it if necessary but I don't see what that has to do with you trying to scam.

He did. He finally closed it the other day but then afterwards he left negative feedback again, on both my shoppy and epicnpc, then he started trashing my sales thread, then he called paypal and is in the middle of disputing it again.
