On august 12th I've made a deal with PoGgold for 2 lotro accounts (1 lifetime, 1 premium), combined €175 (lifetime 125, premium 50).
PoGgold delivered the accounts, but within 3 weeks after this deal and changing the login credentials, the lifetime account login information got changed again (see screenshots).

After receiving the account I've changed the email first and then the password, which was randomly created by a password tool;

The email in the account was still registered to an german emailadres;

I therefor suspect the account wasn't legitemately obtained and the owner of the account reclaimed it through the ssg support.

In my conversation with PoGgold, he claims he owned the account for over two years and he got it Legitemate from the previous owner. But he doesn't want or cannot provide any information about this deal.
Nor can he provide me with information for to recover the account. After ignoring me for a while, he now claims its all my fault. Also he doesn't want to compensate for his illegal sale.

I'd like to inform you of this and hope he will offer me a serious compensation.

EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used.

If a dispute is opened, we will conduct an account review of the accused member, but we will not investigate the claims any further. If you used Discord, please contact Discord support for assistance.

Please give the user a negative feedback instead.
