I am opening this dispute, as it was requested by staff to keep logs, but the dispute itself has been settled by us.
The buyer requested a refund or a trade of the purchase value, because the product required additional prerequisites (such as proxies, emails, api, ect...), using the product was quote "harder than expected", the buyer did not wish to purchase additional prerequisites. I refunded.
We settled on a refund to remove it. Although I proposed to both leave each other positive feedback on our settlement, as refunding to remove feedbacks feels like cheating, and very unethical to me. We're both satisfied in the settlement, and wish to have it removed or updated (5 stars).
