We made an update to our Active Dispute forum today by introducing some new categories. The dispute form was also updated. Some items were removed or combined and a new section for "Account Recalls" was added. This was done to speed up the process in which information and evidence is collected.
Trade Guardian Dispute - Trade Guardian was used.
Member Dispute - You purchased something from a member and their is a problem.
Scam Accusation - You believe this member is a scammer, not a legit buyer or seller.
This will help us better identify the type of dispute that's being opened.
We are also making changes to how we resolve disputes. We will be using negative feedback more often instead of a ban. This will be done in cases where evidence is lacking or it's a complicated dispute that involves multiple members.
We will also be closing disputes faster if evidence is not included when a dispute is opened.
Our LoL Account dispute rules have also been slightly updated. Rule #1 only.
