Outcome of dispute: Seller was unable to recover the account or provide sufficient original owner information despite advertising the account as original owner. After administrator review, a full refund was required. Seller stated he would not be able to refund and then stopped responding. The dispute remains unresolved and the seller is being banned for failure to resolve the issue and refund the buyer.
