What is the dispute about? A Valorant Account that got disabled after i bought it because i tried to change the region and only the original owner can change the region so it locked me out and only he can unlock it and hes ignoring me after i tried contacting him hes also been online

Other details / notes: He said he was gonna help me but then ignored me so dont let that make you think hes innocent

Hi, the buyer got the account locked because he sent a ticket to the support because he wanted to change the REGION, but why would he buy an EU account if he's not from EU ? it's pretty much impossible to change the region of an account even as the Owner.

Valorant region can be easily changed by opening a support ticket but will need original owner assistance.

yes but i bought it knowing the owner can still change the region you also did not respond after several attempts of me trying to contact you

the reason why I want my money back is that even if he changes the account region I don't trust him anymore after ignoring me I'm not taking that chance. you don't have to ban him if it's not necessary

he also changed his discord as soon as I requested help so that also makes me think he has bad intentions

@xDooMx why did you ignored the buyer after he asked for your help? Do you have any of these questions to provide and help him to unlock his account? The account sale thread has not posted that he is the original owner so we are not sure if he is.

@daqdads you have purchased an EU account but wanted to play on the NA server, i am confused why don't simply purchase NA since changing a server from another region can be a risk of account closure which happens to be true in the end.

well at first I didn't notice that it couldn't be used on na. then when I did I looked into it and it seemed to be an easy process by looking at the thread on valorants site. but for some reason, his account cant use the simple method maybe because it's been changed before? i don't really know to be honest but I tried to do it myself but I failed and now it got locked. I will admit the locked part was kind of my fault but it was only because he didn't respond. I don't really care about owning the account I just want my money back and I will change the password back to whatever he wants.
