Reported problem: My gmail account was recovered and i can't get back in. I contacted the seller, and he said that the previous owner (he sold it to me on behalf of a friend) didn't recall it. I'm not sure what to do from there. I can't get in touch with SmileGate because I don't have the purchase receipts from the previous owner (seller says he doesn't have them).
Outcome of dispute: Seller refused to issue a refund.
