Reported problem: I need help getting the buyer to cooperate to let me confirm his claim about not getting the account. I unbind my account and transferred to his email
[email protected]. But he is saying when he logs in it’s a brand new account. To confirm I ask him to let me log in and if indeed true I’ll need to reach out to support in game to address this. I can’t log in without the code send to his email but every time I ask him for it, he does not cooperate on providing it by not being online
Outcome of dispute: @takethisuser never responded to the dispute despite being online multiple times, even after being told to do so.
