Reported problem: Hello,
I would like to report this transaction because I believe the account I received does not match the listing that was advertised.
Issue 1 - Incorrect listing
The listing clearly states "S1R1 Xuanling" in both the title and the description. However, after checking the account, Xuanling is actually S0R1.
The seller later told me that because there was no screenshot showing her sequence, I should have assumed she was S0. However, the written listing explicitly says S1R1, and nowhere in the listing does it state that she is S0.
Issue 2 - Undisclosed hack history
After the purchase, during our private conversation, the seller confirmed that the account had previously been used with hacks before he owned it. This information was never mentioned anywhere in the listing before the sale.
I understand he says he personally did not use them, but I believe previous hack usage is important information that should be disclosed to buyers before purchasing.
I first tried to resolve this directly with the seller by requesting to return the account for a refund, but he refused and told me to contact the middleman.
I would appreciate if an administrator could review the transaction and decide on a fair resolution.
I can provide screenshots of:
The original listing showing "S1R1 Xuanling".
The account showing Xuanling is actually S0R1.
The conversation where the seller confirms the account had previously used hacks.
