User's known information
Reported problem: User sold an account to me via Trade Guardian Free and a day later, reclaimed the Gmail, took control of the account back. I have all the Gmail
Security notifications indicating that the user swapped back, changed password and so on.
Outcome of dispute: The seller advertised himself as the original owner of the account he sold to the buyer. The account could not be fully secured (Apple Account) connected to it. Buyer lost the access and seller was advised to issue a full refund for false advertisement.
After 48 hours seller did not reply and chose to ignore this dispute.
