Reported problem: Hello,
I had a trade with Delac. An account worth 700$ and 48$ of MM fees.
What happened :
- Seller gave infos to MM
- I paid the seller
- MM didn't clearly secured the account.*
- MM gave me the infos
- I connected to the account, but when I tried to link my own account the game restarted with a fresh account (with tutorial).
- The account is lost and the only solution is to contact the game support and try to bullshit them to relink the account to the gmail account.
The facts are :
- MM was lazy, I paid 48$ for him to do close to nothing. I already bought accounts on ***, the sellers were professionnals and they send everytime a video where we clearly see that they reset the progression and change the account linking.
=> Delac didnt.
- He told me that I had to play on the trade account after the problem => Seriously ??? Whos gonna buy account and play on it linked to the trade account ??? For what did I pay 48$ ??
MM is asking for seller for further investigation : contact original owner, send in game purchasable items transactions, etc... which he haven't.
I was expecting a professionnal service to trade with EpicNpc and for the ammount of 48$ which is your highest level service, but now I lost the account and paid the seller 700€.
My only hope is now the game support to relink the account without asking much.
Is it normal for you ?
PS/ "I dont know how rr links work,its really hard to understand" is that worth my 48$ fees ??????
Outcome of dispute: Rushroyale91 stole the account from another member on Discord (fake MM scam), then tried to sell the stolen account on Epicnpc.
