Its my first time using the Paypal F&F before and that's his preferred payment but since I am in the US i sent him the 400$ payment on his account and its on pending. He said I should call my bank to reverse it cause he dont want to wait. and he said i should send money on a different payment method instead. So a week after the transaction. I got the account but he received the paypal cause my bank did not retract it. Payment was doubled. I contacted him to return the money but he did not responded to me and blocked me. Is there a claim for me for this?
Outcome of dispute: The seller was already banned when the dispute was opened.
