Reported problem: I have been scammed by this seller. He was suppose to provide me with OG email and the MM was supposed to check for it as mentioned in the thread that he is the OG owner. However the email received was a dud ([email protected]) only created since 17th december. I am questioning the MM of why he did not see the suspicion 1. email address was clearly indicated 2023 2. the oldest email was 17th DEC . Furthermore when asked to provide security question from the MM, he seems incapable to give the correct answer. The seller given the right question which allow mm to change it , and me as the buyer has no way of knowing what is the security question. Now this issue persist and no one can solve it.
The buyer attempts to revert the email back to his original (have proof) shortly after the transaction have made. He blocked me of discord and is unresponsive in trade guardian chat. The nexon email change option is locked for 7 days because the MM has just changed it but after 7 days the seller could attempt to revert the details successful as he fail to do so today. I wish upon a investigation regarding this, and answers from MM which prove to be very incompetent.
Outcome of dispute: Shortly after the transaction was completed, the seller recovered the account. Never replied.
