Reported problem: Hello, it would appear the seller has recalled the account, I have lost access to the steam account and all the login details has been changed. Upon checking, the user has unadded everyone on my original friends list and is currently on the account. Is there anything I can do about it?
Outcome of dispute: The seller was told to issue a 50% refund, refused, then never logged in again.
