What is the dispute about?
on 1st February 2022 user LuftWaffel sold me an account he issued as resold an account. The payment method was difficult as he was trying to make me buy Rocket League credits or crypto as the course dropped and made me verify my government issued ID face.
For the security i have changed password, email, secret question and made sure that and logged out battlenet from all devices as he potentially could have one active.
the ancident happend 2 days before i have noticed it on 7th March 2022 2 days later i have noticed the email about the recall unfortunely i wasn't able to counter react i have immediately contacted him but he wasn't online and i was impatient.
He answered to my complaint on discord after 6 hours offering me a compensation another account at this point i decided i want a refund he told me that he cant repay me because he doesnt want to verify himself on paypal as he said he can't use before due to his nationality.
He proceed to offer me Team Fortress 2 keys as a compensation and told me that a legit seller will be able to sell him keys after 2 days which was supposed to be on 11-12th March 2022. Next day i noticed he has removed me from his friendlist because somebody else reported him and he had no urge to repay me the compensation. I am posting this thread late because i was waiting for response from blizzard support and because user LuftWaffel is no longer in touch with me.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) first he said no and then he has exposed himself that he is original owner as you can see in the last screenshot
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) nothing, he said the seller sold him account very cheap and didn't provide any government issued ID and he was no longer in contact with the original owner i couldnt attach anything
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? for 36 days
